For several years now, there has been a scheme in Pleso to withdraw budget funds under the guise of clearing streams in Kyiv.

Last year, the Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv announced suspicions against the Deputy  Director General of the Communal Enterprise "Pleso" for misappropriation  and embezzlement of budget funds allocated for the cleaning and improvement of the Vita  stream in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital.
