PRIVATIZATION IS IN SAFE HANDS

I was sent a video of an attempt to hand over an indictment in a criminal case to the head of the district office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU), Ms. Myrhorodska. The criminal case was opened in connection with the privatization of the State Enterprise «Shchorsky Silk Farm».

According to the ruling of 07.02.2020 in case No. 202/617/20, after the privatization, it turned out that there was a certificate of permanent use for a 131-hectare land plot. However, the information notice for the auction stated: «Information on land plots: The land plot is not formed».

Therefore, based on the results of the criminal proceedings, officials of the Dnipropetrovs’k Regional Prosecutor’s Office tried to hand over an indictment to the head of the SPFU’s Regional Office, Ms. Myrhorodska.

From the video, I realized that this required a whole police and prosecutor’s operation. She was stopped in a car outside the city on the highway, because apparently the civil servant was avoiding communication with the prosecutor’s office for taxpayers’ money, and they were forced to track her and involve the police to stop her and serve her with an indictment. And this was again at the expense of the budget.

After the stop, Myrhorodska, as an exemplary and well-mannered civil servant who took an oath and receives a salary from the budget, staged a «circus performance». The head of the SPFU’s regional office attacked the policeman with foul language and hit him, then said that she was working on the road and tried to make jokes about a pimp, and then said that she was not Myrhorodska and was walking on the highway, called the police and prosecutors a criminal group that was harassing her. You see, during working hours, the head of the SPFU’s regional office walks along the highway and receives money from the budget.

When I watched this video, I could feel the desire of foreign investors to participate in privatization and invest in Ukraine’s economy, because people like Ms. Myrhorodska are the face of the SPFU, the face of the officials who carry out privatization.

Someone may think, what does the face of privatization have to do with it? But this is a subordinate of the SPFU chairman, D. Sennychenko, and he has already expired the term of the «first envelope» – he blames everything on his predecessors. For two years, she has been satisfying him as the head of the privatization body, because she apparently backed up her need with something material. And that’s probably why this incomprehensible situation with the land plot arose, because it needs to be backed up. The excuse that it is not so easy to dismiss is a fairy tale for kindergarten, because D. Sennichenko illegally dismissed a number of managers and after the last dismissal in Kharkiv, in order not to reinstate them in office by court order, he twice reorganized the district police department.

Therefore, this subordinate of D. Sennichenko completely suited him. However, the behavior of the regional head of the SPFU gives an impression of the SPFU and its head, because this is the attitude of SPFU civil servants to the state authorities of Ukraine.

Such unethical and impudent behavior of the regional head of the SPFU seems to have become possible as a result of D. Sennychenko’s connivance for 2 years or in the case of existing common “themes”.

Let’s see how quickly D. Sennichenko will react to these events, if at all.
