Public figures and volunteers gather at the anniversary «Forum of good deeds»

The Golda Meir Institute for the Development of Civil Society is hosting its next «Forum of Good Deeds», providing an opportunity for charity donors, representatives of civic organizations, and volunteers to connect. It’s a platform for sharing experiences and showcasing successful cases. The event is dedicated to volunteerism, values, and the challenges faced by society due to the full-scale war.

On September 15, 2023, in Kyiv, the 10th anniversary edition of the «Forum of Good Deeds» will take place!

Over 20 speakers, each with inspiring stories and cases, have been invited to the ‘Forum of Good Deeds.’ Volunteers, representatives of charitable foundations, civic organizations, educators, entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and military personnel are invited to participate.

Unique Event

The ‘Forum of Good Deeds’ is a unique event that transcends politics. For five years now, people with good hearts from all over Ukraine have come together at this event, and later, they implement joint projects for the sake of people and our country. Representatives of charitable foundations and civic organizations find partners here to expand their projects aimed at the development of civil society. Year after year, the ‘Forum of Good Deeds’ brings together Ukrainians who know how to amaze and inspire, change the country for the better, and help each other during wartime.

The steadfast organizer of the ‘Forum of Good Deeds’ is the Golda Meir Institute for the Development of Civil Society. It contributes to the formation and development of civil society in Ukraine by fostering an organic and positive attitude of citizens towards active social life, supporting a creative and philanthropic life position. To achieve this goal, in 2019, a decision was made to hold the unique social and informational event ‘Forum of Good Deeds.’ During its existence, the Forum has brought together over 3000 participants and 150 speakers. At the end of 2021, the first ‘Ball of Good Deeds’ took place in Ukraine, where the most successful representatives of civil society received the ‘Order of a Good Heart’ award for the first time in Ukraine. This award became a tribute to civic activists for their good deeds. The award made it to the top 10 non-state awards in the field of volunteering and activism.
