Preserving an archaeological reserve instead of building a residential complex on a burial ground: the court decides the fate of Kitaevo.

At the same time, the Office of the Prosecutor General and the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, together with the public, are trying to preserve a unique archaeological monument of national importance - the historical area of the Archaeological Reserve - for science and our descendants in the courts: «Kitayevo within the limits of the settlement and three mound groups».

Illegal seizure of ownership of a house in the center of Kyiv (continuation of the crime).

For almost six years now, the owners of a private house at 34 Lomakivska Street (formerly Michurina Street) in Kyiv's Pechersk district have been doing everything possible to regain ownership of their house, which was lost as a result of illegal actions by a group trying to take possession of other people's property by forging documents and manipulating the real estate ownership register.

As the «Active Citizens» agency wrote in June 2023 in an article titled: «The scheme through which Kyiv lost another cultural center under Klitschko - the «Krakiw» European Cultural Center», the renovation of the building of the cinema «Krakiw» located at Rusanivska Embankment 12, has concluded, marking the preparation for the closure of yet another cultural hub in the capital.
