Kyivvodokanal acknowledged emissions near the Rusanivsky Gardens district and prominent beach.

For the past two weeks,the Kyiv residents have been complaining about a stinking substance in the Dnipro River on the left bank of Kyiv near the Rusanivsky Gardens, and it is the peak of the beach season.
